PHOTO AND MEDIA RELEASE: Your pets' picture or video may be taken while they are with us and used for Sunrise Veterinary Clinic’s advertisement, website, or other social media purposes. Please indicate if you authorize for their pictures/videos to be posted or used. *

APPOINTMENT POLICY: We are now requiring a deposit in the amount of your exam fee at the time of scheduling your appointment. This will be applied towards your visit. Vaccines, lab work, and medications will be at an additional cost. We require at least 24 business hours notice for any changes to your pet’s appointment. If your pet’s appointment is changed with less than 24 business hours notice, this fee will not be refunded. Procedures Policy (dentals, surgeries, ultrasounds, etc) We are now requiring a deposit of $160 at the time of scheduling your pet's procedure or admit appointment. This will be applied towards your visit. We require at least 48 business hours notice for any changes to your pet’s appointment. If your pet’s appointment is changed with less than 48 business hours notice, this fee will not be refunded. If you need to change the date of your pet’s appointment, please call us at 509-588-6970. We will not cancel or change reservations via email or text. Late Arrivals: Please be aware that our hospital has a policy wherein if you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment time, we may need to re-schedule. *
